Adv. Neerav Mainkar, being armed with a degree in law and judging the dire need in the industry for good and affordable good counsel, set out to fulfil his dream to contribute more in the field of indirect taxation and laid down the founding stone of the firm in 2005 after bidding adieu to his 16 years old service in the executive cadre with the Central Government. As such, he has been closely associated with the field of indirect taxation for last 31 years. An officer in the Central Excise & Customs Department for 16 years and now pursuing his passion in this field through the sphere of practise. With a humble beginning, he commenced the firm singlehandedly with a home office, which has now grown into four offices & a strong team, handling varied legal matters. He has a vast expertise and skill in handling of litigation of the erstwhile Service Tax, Central Excise, Customs and GST from Original Adjudicating level, Commissioner Appeals upto Hon’ble Supreme Court. He has a distinguished experience inpersonally arguing and pleading in over a 1200 cases across various Tribunals, High Courts and the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He has addressed numerous seminars and conferences on diverse topics of taxation & corporate laws organized by major Industry associations, International Consutancy Firms& MNCs. He is a personification of the mantra, ‘Work is Worship and Knowledge is to share & empower the people!’

He is with us since 2014 and has a phenomenal capacity to work endlessly and has an in-depth knowledge and rich experience in the field of indirect taxation spanning 3 decades. He holds excellent inter-personal skills and solution oriented approach to solve the client’s problems in a timely manner.

He is pursuing his law degree. He has an excellent mastership on accounting procedures and financial statements.
Mayuresh Patil

Without argument, the oldest member of the firm, he is a silent force, full of industry experience, he is with the firm since 2006 and nurtures the neo force with his experience and wisdom.
She is with the firm since 2007 and efficiently handles the accounts and statutory compliances of the firm. Also, she ensures logistical efficacy of the firm.
Majid is with us since 2012. He joined after his graduation and without any tax background. His keen interest in his work and the thirst to learn taxation urged him to pursue a law degree. Even so, his authority on the GST portal compliances is unquestionable.

He possesses excellent skills in interpreting financial statements and is a wizard in Excel applications to crunch data for analysis. He holds a black belt and pursues his interest in Judo, as a coach and participtes in international tournaments.

An acclaimed scholar, he has joined us in 2019 as an intern and is a student of law. He goes much beyond that and is already drafting replies to notices and appeals. A versatile person, he has to be virtually driven away from work as the office cannot function 24X7. He is an excellent Guitarist and perform professionally during his leisure time.
